About the Knox County Board of REALTORS®

Chartered in 1946, the Knox County Board of REALTORS® (KCBR) is a non-profit organization for licensed Realtors comprised of around 165 professionals. The board is proud to be made up of individuals from across the field with members including brokers, Realtors, and affiliate partners.

About KCBR

The Knox County Board of REALTORS® has been serving the local real estate community since 1946. A nonprofit trade association, KCBR comprises of people who are dedicated to advancing professionalism in real estate. We own and operate the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of Knox County, offering accurate data to support both members and the public. Led by a Board of Directors and an Association Executive, KCBR works in partnership with Ohio REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® to maintain standards and advocate for its members. With a strong local presence, KCBR remains a trusted resource for industry professionals.

KCBR represents a network of professionals dedicated to all aspects of real estate in Knox County. Our membership includes REALTORS®, brokers, and affiliate partners who contribute personal expertise to help buyers, sellers, and property owners navigate the market with ease. From listing homes and securing financing, to inspections and closings, our members support one another and the public through every stage of the process. We are proud to serve not only industry professionals, but also the community by promoting ethical practices, protecting property rights, and maintaining trust in the local market.

Our Board of Directors

The Knox County Board of REALTORS® is guided by a seven-member Board of Directors, elected by our General Membership, to help shape the direction of the organization and support our local real estate community. Meeting once a month, the Board discusses real estate matters that affect not just our Realtor members, but also local homeowners and those looking to call Knox County home.

Alongside our Association Executive—who also serves as a vital link to Ohio REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®—the Board ensures that KCBR stays aligned with both professional standards and the needs of our local market. Their leadership helps keep KCBR grounded in ethical practices, responsive to change, and focused on serving both our members and our neighbors with integrity.
